- Responsible for the development and maintenance of banks business continuity program
- During Crisis, coordinate, communicate, manage, and control activities associated with Crisis Management and the recovery of critical business functions
- Collaborate with business units and support functions to identify business criticality, establish plans, test them and help manage and minimize continuity risks
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for the bank.
- Drive develop and review the content of BC plans and related documentation.
- Communicate the BCM plans.
- Coordinate the BCM lifecycle activities across the bank.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure their disaster recovery plans for critical systems and applications are consistent with the BC plans developed.
- Coordinate BCP testing program including planning, monitoring, reviewing the same.
- Coordinate training and awareness programs across the bank.
- Ensure that BCM plans are developed to maintain and/or restore business processes within defined RTO following interruption to, or failure of, critical business processes
- Maintain BCM & CMT Toolkit.
- Conduct risk reviews.
- Escalate risks and coordinate mitigating responses, maintain Risk Register
- Act as information manager and facilitator during a crisis
- Generate scorecards on BCM posture and other risks
- Manage Regulatory reporting and internal reporting
- Support BCM Head on any enterprise-wide initiatives.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: B.E / Btech / Commerce / IT
Post-graduation: MTech / MBA / PGDM
Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
