Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to prepare and deliver creative and innovative dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation practices.
