As a Senior Solution Architect at Akrivia HCM, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consultation services to our customers. Your primary task will be to understand customer requirements, recommend best practices, and fit our HRMS suite into their workflows effectively. This role requires deep domain expertise in HR processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their HR processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide expert consultation on best practices and how to leverage the HRMS product suite to meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that utilize existing product features.
- Develop and deliver customized implementation plans that align with customer workflows and objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review progress, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide training and support to customer teams on effectively using the HRMS suite.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR processes and the HRMS suite during sales and implementation cycles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and managing expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR consulting, HRMS implementation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HRMS products and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successful HRMS implementations.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or HR (PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing complex customer requirements.
- Knowledge of various HRMS tools and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
