nA Day in the Life
nSenior Software Product Owner with experience in Agile and Stakeholder Management. Should have worked in a Dynamic environment while handling multiple projects parallely. Previous Medical Domain experience is preferred.

nRequired Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- nSolid understanding of software development processes & functional use cases and the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- nPractical knowledge of Product and its usecases
- nRequires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a PO and managing the stakeholders
- nReadiness to understand and enhance the product functionally
- nShould be excellent in stakeholder management
- nExperienced in managing teams with end to end product accountability
- nExcellent communication skills
- nShould have handled dynamic work environment and show flexibility in playing multiple roles where needed to ensure the product commitments and quality
- nProven track record of building effective, collaborative relationships with OU
- nShould be instrumental in engaging and driving any process changes
- n Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a must. Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- nLeadership: Strong leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive results.
- nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering
nCommunication and Influence:
- nCommunicates with senior internal and external customers and vendors.
- nExchange information of facts, status, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
- nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities.
nLeadership and Talent Management:
- nMay provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
- nMay manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others work product.
