Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gain insights into their integration needs and create integration solutions that are scalable and robust.
- Create, test, and deploy integration solutions on iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft,Webmethods, Tibco, Snaplogic, Boomi, or similar cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Offer valuable technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, empowering them to grow.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the integration landscape, and actively contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design reusable components and implement standard integration patterns to contribute to the development of pre-packaged solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other team activities to uphold our unwavering commitment to top-notch software quality.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is an absolute must-have!
Technical Skills:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in software development, specifically in integration projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience of at least 3 years in the integration space, where you've worked with cutting-edge technologies such as API management, message queues, and ETL tools, among others.
- Mastered proficiency in one of the top iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, Jitter bit, or similar.
- Deep understanding of database concepts and adept at crafting SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Exceptional programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
- Proactive problem-solver and keen analytical thinker with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Thrives both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
