WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are integrating Axioma Portfolio Optimizer into our Simcorp Dimension platform, proficiency in C# is necessary for this integration We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C#, a deep understanding of its ecosystems, and a strong background in object-oriented programming. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the .NET framework, skilled in designing and implementing architectural patterns. Additionally, proficiency in automated testing platforms, unit tests, and Git for code versioning, along with experience in Azure environments, is highly desirable.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and the .NET framework.
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize code versioning tools such as Git for version control.
- Work within a continuous integration environment to ensure smooth and reliable deployment of applications.
- Leverage experience with Azure to design and deploy scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions.
- Evaluate potential partners and assist with proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners for seamless integration.
- Require excellent business and communication skills, and to be able to understand client specific requirement.
What We Value

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
- Familiarity with the .NET framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Experience with test automation tools such as SpecFlow.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with finance, particularly in portfolio optimization, is an added benefit.
