Job Summary
The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for all the custom development activities in SharePoint and its third-party integration associated with SharePoint. The developer is required to take care of all the content management work and application maintenance in collaboration with Product owners and support teams.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Connect with product owners daily to inform them about the progress of the development work and to touch base about the scope of future work and requirement gathering.
- Daily connect with team to discuss about the development progress and review of the designs.
- Must be attentive to key details and raise questions/concerns to understand the requirement in detail.
- Develop custom solutions with minimal error and maintain at most code quality as per organization standards.
- Involve in design discussions and assisting peers when required to meet the project goals.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Fundamentally strong in SharePoint features, security, and search.
- Hands on experience working in JavaScript, CSOM, JSOM, REST API
- Hands on experience working in front end scripting like JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS/ReactJS
- Sound knowledge on SPFx development.
- Must be very proficient in debugging solutions.
- Experience working in SPO and modern interface of SharePoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work individually without active supervision.
- Ability to design and implement new requirements and work on the enhancements.
- Exposure to C#, SQL DB, Azure services (function app, web jobs, web API) is an added benefit.
Education And Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SharePoint in SPFx development.
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience in SharePoint.
- Should have B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, BCA or MCA degree.
- Any technical degree can also be considered.
