Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other tools, managing data flow and system interoperability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.
- Manage deployments, release processes, and provide ongoing technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Salesforce certifications preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years in IT, with strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) and Salesforce integration tools.
