Summary
Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing development team in Hyderabad. This position requires someone who has strong technical knowledge and experience building scalable web applications using Java, Spring, ReactJS, MySQL and other technologies. As part of this role you will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and build innovative products. We are seeking someone who can collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment while taking initiative on projects that require both individual effort and team collaboration.

- Develop high quality code in Java, Spring Framework, ReactJS, MySQL and other related technologies
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and build innovative products

About You
Youre a fit for the role of Senior Software Engineer if your background includes:
Strong understanding of software engineering practices including Agile methodology, TDD, pair programming etc.
- Experience developing complex web applications using Java, Spring Framework, ReactJS, MySQL or similar technologies
- Knowledge of modern Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js etc.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems quickly and develop creative solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with product managers, designers and business stakeholders
- Good understanding of system reliability principles and techniques
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent field
- 4+ years professional experience as a software engineer
