The Role:
Power BI Report Developer:
We are looking for design and develop dynamic robust reporting solutions on the high data volume datasets using PowerBI, Databricks and Azure technologies to enable data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders needs
- Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis
- Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
- Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis
- Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
- Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends
Skills Required:
- 6+ Yrs Strong knowledge & hands-on experienceinPower BI, Paginated Reports / SSRS.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Complex reports and Semantic models.
- Experience in developing dynamic paginated report with Power BI Datasetand Dataflows
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, andreport expressiondevelopment.
- Strong hands on in SQL development(6+ years)and in-depth understanding of optimization and tuningtechniques in SQL with Azure Databricks
- Must have good understanding of Python programming.
- Development in Azure Databricks Notebooks, Workflows and Jobs (3+ years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Azure Fabric and Lakehouse Architecture
- Good hands on DataBricks Cloud Delta and querying knowledge
- Good exposure of industry wide technology data strategies and best practices working with very large data sets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduate.
- 6+ Yrs Strong knowledge & hands-on experienceinPower BI, Paginated Reports / SSRS.
