Job Description:
Mandatory Key Skills: BPM Products: Newgen Omni Docs, Omni Flow, Process Manager, Process Moduler, BAM reporting tool
- Expertise in Leading BPM and ECM Teams: Demonstrated proficiency in leading Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) teams, and implementing standardized business processes to streamline project deliveries within defined time and cost parameters, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Proficiency in Newgen Technical Stack: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Newgen products such as IBPS, Newgen Forms, Workflow, and OmniDocs.
- Experience with Newgen Interfaces: Proven experience in designing and implementing Newgen interfaces using Java or C# for both downstream and upstream systems.
- Technical Expertise in Newgen Setup: Extensive hands-on experience in setting up and managing Newgen systems.
- Proficiency in Inquiry APIs and Batch Modules: Skilled in working with Inquiry APIs and Batch modules.
- Experience in Agile Methodology: Familiarity and experience with Agile methodology.

- Problem Analysis & Resolution: Develop and maintain techniques for system problem analysis and resolution.
- Functional Experience with Newgen: Should have functional experience with Newgen applications, APIs, integration approaches, table structures, migration approaches, and building test case scenarios.
- Table Maintenance Configuration: Configure and maintain tables within Newgen products.
- Automation: Automate Newgen applications to add value and improve efficiency.
