Qualified candidates will posses multiple of the following abilities
- Minimum 6+ years of experience with hands-on experience in the design and automation of enterprise applications. - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent area.- Excellent analytic, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high performance team- Domain knowledge in telecommunications protocols, such as SS7 CAMEL, MAP, and IP protocols such as Diameter.- Design, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.- Unix admin and user skill level e.g. Writing simple to complex bash shell script to run tests- SQL query construction e.g. To get results of test out of a database table- Usage of Seagull or other command line tool use in telco protocol testing- Automation test writing in native script languages (python, ruby)- Knowledge of software development Agile methodology, build tools and product life cycle.- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).- Hands-on Experience in Kubernetes, Dockers, Podman on Linux platforms.- Knowledge of networking concepts, such as IP addressing, DNS, and load balancing.- Experience with open-source test tools API automation testing- Knowledge in deploying cloud applications using helm charts, managing kubernetes clusters.- Experience in working in agile environment and developing test cases specific to business requirement and documentation of defects.
