The development center has dedicated Development, Quality Testing & Information Development Teams.
Role Objective: Short Description of the Role
As a member of the Product Engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, testing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to the provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Role Summary: Qualifications and Special Skills
Qualification
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA (Graduate or equivalent degree)
Candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in Development using Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
Should have had prior experience with software development, configuration, and troubleshooting
Perform duties and tasks which are standard with some variation
Display understanding of roles, processes, and procedures
Perform moderately complex problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
Did not sit for an interview with us in the last 6 months.
Special Skills
Possesses experience with C & Basic Database Structure.
Possess experience with software development tools such as Jdeveloper, developer tools, etc..
Possess experience with, preferably, JDE applications/exposure to JDE Development Tools
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the domain for which applications are being developed

Support our existing customers by resolving Bugs.
Perform detailed design based on provided high-level design specifications.
Perform a client requirements analysis and use effective communication with internal and external customers.
Build enhancements (including new product features).
Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.
Debug, fix, and unit test product defects.
Project automation, executing test scripts, testing of enhancements and bugs.
Contribute to functional and technical designs.
Perform code reviews.
Teamwork
Contribute to the definition of the team processes and standards
Operate under minimum supervision, primarily within the boundaries of the team
Cooperate with others within and outside the group who impact work processes to achieve group objectives
Detailed Description And Job Requirements
Analyze, design develop, test, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing, automates and debugging applications.
As a member of the Product Engineering division, you will perform detailed design based on provided high-level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling, and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of software engineering or related experience.
