2-3 years of compulsory experience in React Native (applications without this experience will not be considered).

Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will bring your expertise in the MERN stack to develop and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have 2.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and a solid background in mobile application development using React Native. This role requires someone who has experience in a startup environment and is ready to take on more responsibilities, including leading a development team and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces.
• Mobile Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs efficiently.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews.
• Leadership: Provide constructive feedback to peers and mentor junior developers.
• Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2.5 to 3 years as a Full Stack Developer.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in React Native (Compulsory)
• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM.

Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with product managers and other stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, best practices, and change management.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to connect with other engineers and developers.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in a OTT / Media Tech company or similar industry.
