Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a JavaScript Full Stack Developer at Gabriel & Co. The JavaScript Full Stack Developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development, software development, and utilizing technologies like Node.js, React.js, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript/TypeScript. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Responsibilities
- Work with React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable Node.js & React.js modules.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle.
- Experience with setting up production workflows with Git and cloud deployment is a plus.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics.
- 3-6 years of coding experience in Node.js, PHP, React.js/Vue.js, MySQL, MongoDB and Git.
- Familiarity with design patterns and programming paradigms.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools.
- Strong understanding of development in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowing S3, Lambda and AWS will be added advantage.

- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability.
- Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
