Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team: CTO- GSM

Impact &contribution: You will contribute to the financial well-being of our customers by ensuring that our team builds the best solutions possible using modern development practices that ensure both functional and non-functional needs are met. Roles & responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with other applications via APIs.
Write and maintain efficient, reusable code in JavaScript and Java.
Design user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS.
Participate in Agile development processes and team meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Essential skills:

8+ years of experience in relevant field.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
2+ years of experience in programming languages (JavaScript, Java) preferred.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (AngularJS, React) is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs is beneficial.
Interest in ITIL principles and the ServiceNow platform.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
