Purpose
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building the UI of our digital products. Your expertise will drive the responsive UI and implementation of UX Figma designs. You will also need to be hands on in implementing UI using traditional and AI driven implementation tools. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with a solid understanding of UX and UI tools, design, and implementations.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain reusable UI patterns to ensure consistency and reusability across our products.
- Translate UX Figma into effective UI.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user interface.
- Leadership in the development and execution of a comprehensive UX/UI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to ensure the team utilizes best-in-class solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices.

Skills Needed To Be Successful
- Extensive UI Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, Angular, and other relevant frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of frontend development and information design processes
- Solid OOP Concepts: Understand object-oriented programming principles.
- API Knowledge: Familiarity with API and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and mentor other frontend developers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead strategically and inspire others.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, SASS, LESS.
- Experience in building responsive SPA application.
- Experience in consuming http endpoints, good hold on JSON, XML.
- Analyzing Information, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Teamwork, General Programming Skills, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture (Knowledge).
- Experience in working on web-based and client server-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and security models/implementations.
- Experience in building, packaging, installing applications on virtual and distributed platforms.
- Proficiency developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in mixed environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the frontend technologies including experience in UI pattern designs and development.
- Experience with cloud and distributed architectures.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices is a plus.

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. -Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication.
- PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) -Any Specialization, Computers, M.Tech -Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, MCA -Computers, Other.
