Our department is delivering build (projects) and run (support) services for the main DHL website www.dhl.com. To enhance a functionality of the existing platform we will be expanding our footprint by setting up a new development team which will transition existing product from an external vendor and continue its development in the future.
Join our microservice team as a Senior Software Developer, where you will leverage your expertise in Java and database to continue developing existing solution. Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Java.
Proficiency with Java frameworks Spring (SpringBoot, Cloud, Security), Junit.
Expertise in designing and developing scalable backend platforms and APIs.
Knowledge of relational databases (Azure Cosmo DB is an advantage)
Experience with build and release pipelines in various tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions is an advantage.
Understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior developers.
