Senior Software Engineer

We seek a motivated Backend/Microservices Engineer to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves transforming processes to meet business needs through technology solutions, maintaining high standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, document, test, and operate software solutions.

Implement distributed systems and microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.

Utilize Core Java concepts, including JVM, data structures, multi-threading, and Java 8 features.

Apply MVC architecture and develop REST/GRPC protocols.

Work on asynchronous architectures and complex distributed transactions.

Develop cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred), and work with Docker and Kubernetes.

Manage RDMS, JPA, and NOSQL databases.

Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices patterns.

Follow Agile methodologies and use CI/CD tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

4-6 years of software development/lead experience.

Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Proficiency in Core Java concepts and enterprise application development.

Familiarity with REST/GRPC protocols and asynchronous architectures.

Experience with cloud development, containers, and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of RDMS, JPA, and NOSQL databases.

Understanding of design patterns and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools.

Experience with modern frameworks and libraries.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.

Willingness to learn and take on new initiatives.
