Looking for a experienced Senior Developer, ready to be involved in the full stack development of the Oracle Smart Assistant Chatbot to design, develop and deploy conversational interfaces. The ideal candidates should have expertise in Software Development, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). This role involves close collaboration with a dynamic, cross-functional team to deliver innovative Chatbot solutions that elevate the user experience and integrate seamlessly into our broader platform.

Responsibilities Include
- Design and develop conversational interfaces using NLP and ML technologies.
- Develop and integrate chatbot applications with various platforms.
- To contribute across the full development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chatbot application.
- Conduct testing, debugging and optimization of chatbot application.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high quality and maintainable code.
- Coordinate with other teams within Oracle to understand use cases and be able to solve problems with generic, reusable options.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the product.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of Full stack software development experience (Front end and back end)
- Front End Frameworks: Proficiency in any modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, OJET).
- Back End Frameworks: Experience with any server-side technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring, Flask, FastAPI, Django).
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with any cloud services (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with any combination of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Databases: Proficiency with any relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with LLM-powered chatbots: Must have built and managed end-to-end chatbots using large language models (LLMs), rather than low-code platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Chatfuel).
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong command on spoken and written English.
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
- Experience with agile development methods is required.
- Knowledge of software development methodology, build tools and product life cycle.
- Excellent team skills, analytical skills, focus on quality and aim to make a difference in a dynamic, fast paced organization.
