Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand development goals and enhances client brands.
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and technologies to benefit our clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
2.Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok style).
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage a content calendar to maintain a steady stream of engaging posts.
3.Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the social media team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
