- Your responsibilities revolve around conceptualizing, strategizing, organising, and executing result-oriented marketing campaigns over social media platforms for various clients from different sectors and countries.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between clients and the company, and ensure a positive client service experience.
- Manage social media team members and assign regular tasks in all the projects.
- Facilitate scaling brand awareness of our clients through various social media channels. Plan strategies to expand the reach of the brand or company and execute the same after discussing with the clients.
- Work with clients to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
- Plan and create content, including text posts, videos and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation s brand and social media strategy
- Managing the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure everything is consistent and going as planned.
- Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of social media campaign management experience in a digital agency
- Strong communication and people management skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Leadership qualities to lead and motivate the team
- Candidate should possess expert knowledge on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and social media marketing creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Google Ads, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
- Knowledge and hands-on experiences in tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot will be a plus
- The ability to work well under pressure on several projects at the same time in order to meet deadlines
- Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
