About the Position
We are looking for a Full-Time ServiceNow development with experience in Development and Implementation and have worked with at least one or multiple modules of ServiceNow such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, Service catalog, etc. The candidate should be able to develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform implementation and development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one or multiple modules such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, Service Catalog, etc.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Ability to design and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript for customisations and integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM framework.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs for integration and data manipulation.
- Capability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within ServiceNow instances.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Continuous learning attitude to stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and features.
