Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth ServiceNow platform knowledge to develop and customize applications, modules, forms, and workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript and Jelly scripting, to enhance and automate processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers.
- Develop and implement custom applications and workflows in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM applications.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM applications.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work.
Qualifications:
- In-depth ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Scripting Proficiency: Expertise in JavaScript and Jelly scripting for developing and automating workflows.
- Custom Application Development: Proven experience in developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Integration Experience: Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers.
- Best Practices: Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow best practices and their implementation.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead projects and collaborate with teams.
- SME in ITSM & ITOM: Subject Matter Expert in ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications.
- SME in HRSD & CSM: Subject Matter Expert in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional scripting languages and frameworks.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Application Development.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
