Key Responsibilities:

• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Manage GRC processes, including Audit Management, Risk and Compliance Management, and Policy Management in alignment with solution requirements.
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM): Develop and maintain IRM solutions to ensure comprehensive risk management.
• Vulnerability Response (VR): Design and manage workflows for vulnerability response to mitigate security risks.
• SecOps Incident Response (SIR): Implement and manage incident response processes to handle security incidents effectively.
• Custom ServiceNow Application Development: Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.
• ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor security and compliance performance.
• Enhancement Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet security and compliance requirements.
• ServiceNow Applications: Work with various ServiceNow applications, including NowMobile, Agent Mobile, and AI Search

Core Capabilities:

• Workflow Design and Build: Design, develop, and optimize workflows to improve IT service delivery.
• Catalog Item Development: Create and manage service catalog items to meet user needs.
• Deep Experience with Reporting and Performance Analytics: Advanced skills in creating detailed reports and performance analytics to drive decision-making.
• Enhancement Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Core Platform Development: Perform core platform development tasks, including scripting, Workspaces, Business Rules, Workflows, Integrations, ACLs and automation.

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow
