Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow Platform Administration and Scripting. Working experience on Technology workflow products is an additional advantage.
- Candidates must hold valid ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CAD, or relevant areas to ensure up-to-date expertise.
- Having experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management is Must have for this role)
- Experience with building dashboards using Performance Analytics.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, and Service Portal
- Prior Experience on any monitoring platform is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
- Understanding of how products can serve industry-specific needs
