Responsibilities & Context
ACI Motors is looking for experienced engineering graduate who will ensure the proper after sales services of commercial vehicle Foton in the assigned territory.
- To oversee after sales service activities of commercial vehicle in assigned regions and ensure customers` satisfaction.
- To train, develop, and monitor the technicians in the assigned region.
- To communicate regularly with customers and ensure maintenance and product related supports.
- To make frequent field/ customers visit to ensure customers` satisfaction level.
- To monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the services level as per standards.
- To arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
- To support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
- To oversee spare parts sales in the assigned region.
