Requirements:
- Requires 7+ years of experience in Windows server Administration and associated applications.
- 5+ years of experience in IT processes including ITIL Framework.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework and security policies
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud that includes, AAD, Intune, CASB, Office365, SharePoint etc.
- Prior experience with Domain migrations in acquisitions and mergers, multiple location handling has added advantage.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Linux administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Networking concepts
- Basic knowledge of VMware and vCenter
Responsibilities:
- Manage AD infrastructure, including design and implementation of Organizational Units (OU), Site and Subnets, Delegation, Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Group Policy management to align with the organizations business requirements and minimizes complexity.
- Knowledge in Office365 administration and Azure cloud that includes AAD, Intune, CASB, defender, WVD, SharePoint etc
- Configure security policies, including password policies, account policies and audit policies in accordance with NIST guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of IIS, application services and protecting internet facing applications
- Strong knowledge in Identity and access management, Firewall policies, Certificate and PKI infrastructure
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Implement security hardening requirements and configurations
- Manage Remote infrastructure management tools to monitor and troubleshoot endpoint issues
- Demonstrate proficient troubleshooting skills, promptly resolving issues and identifying underlying issues
