What you will do :
-SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, targeting both short-term and long-term traffic growth.
-On-Page Optimization: Optimize website architecture, metadata, and content for improved search engine rankings. Ensure website pages are correctly structured and optimized for target keywords.
-Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage link-building campaigns, collaborate with content and outreach teams, and ensure backlinks from high-authority domains.
-Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvement, utilizing industry-standard tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
-Technical SEO: Analyze and resolve issues related to crawl errors, site speed, and other technical aspects that impact search engine performance.
-Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to measure and report on the success of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
-Content Strategy: Work closely with content teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other site assets for SEO while maintaining a seamless user experience.
-Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular competitor analysis and implementing strategies that improve search visibility.
-Collaboration: Liaise with developers, UX/UI teams, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web design and new projects.
-Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure ongoing growth in organic search performance
Requirements
-Graduate in any stream.
-3 - 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.
-In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
-Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.
-Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
