Job Description
- Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Establish key benchmarks which indicate performance goals to meet customer business
objectives.
- Overseeing the execution of the holistic SEO strategy
- Understand bigger picture marketing strategy and online marketing strategy and be able to align
strategy with key SEO activities and goals.
Skills
- 6+ years exp in SEO.
- Must be well-versed with Google Algorithm updates.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- Solid expertise in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform.
- Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) or Google
Docs/Sheets.
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, and a working understanding of JavaScript and how it affects SEO.
- Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Similarweb,& SEMrush and any other SEO specific tools.
- Passion for SEO and link building, ability to think creatively to create viral content that could
acquire natural backlinks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
