The role will include leading key awareness initiatives such as our enterprise phishing program and training development, metrics tracking and reporting, and managing projects for security awareness events. The role will focus heavily on developing communications and reporting for global audiences and specific groups within the company on a variety of security topics.The role will be required to interface with the learning teams, communications, external vendors, cybersecurity teams, and other key partners within the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead simulated phishing program for both enterprise and targeted audiences; includes metrics and post-campaign executive summaries
Coordinate with external learning partners and internal learning teams to develop and update quality training content
Develop enterprise-wide communications on information security risks and employee guidance, and coordinate with internal communications team to distribute
Develop communications, marketing materials, and content for global Security Awareness events
Lead in-person site security awareness events as needed
Ensure that our security awareness program effectively communicates our security policies and requirements so that employees across the globe have the tools they need to drive our security culture
Qualifications/Requirements

Must possess strong organizational, facilitation, project management, and critical thinking abilities
