Job Summary/Overview
The Identity Access Analyst is responsible for performing identity and access management administration across all
business applications and technology platforms.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage security roles, profiles, and attributes
- Perform administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, access reviews and authentication
support) of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across all enterprise systems.
- Participate in the deployment of interfaces between the directory, source and target systems.
- Partner with application developers and IT administrators to on-board new applications and systems into the Identity
and Access Management platform.
- Actively monitor identity controls and participate in periodic risk assessments to identify compliance issues
- Collaboration with technology and business partners across functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding
and ongoing communication on Identity and Access Management controls, IT risk management and
regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Make recommendations and assist in the implementation of changes to strengthen processes, procedures and
compliance resulting in enhanced Identity and Access Management practices.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the managers discretion
Education
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical /Electronic Engineering desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): One or more of the following desired but not required
- ISC2 CISSP, CAP, and/or SSCP
- ISACA CISA, CISM
- GIAC GSNA, GSEC, GSSP, etc.
Experience
5+ years of experience performing various Identity and Access Management activities.
Identity Management Experience In The Following Areas
- Access Certification
- Provisioning/De-Provisioning
- Application On-Boarding
- Single Sign-on
- Identity Federation
- Privileged Access Management
- Multi-Factor Authentication
Experience with role-based access control, access requests and certifications
Other Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple
priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
