Job Title: Senior Secondary Physics Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Secondary Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality physics education to students in grades 11 and 12, following the CBSE curriculum. The teacher will create an engaging learning environment, develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the overall development of students.
Plan, prepare, and deliver physics lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum for grades 11 and
- Use innovative teaching methods to explain complex physics concepts and theories to students.
Design and implement assessments, including tests, quizzes, and projects, to evaluate student understanding and progress.- Provide individualized support and feedback to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience and curriculum development.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parentteacher conferences.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and teaching methodologies.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. in Mathematics or Science.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (grades 11 and 12).- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning abilities.
Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a CBSE affiliated school.- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Experience in preparing students for board examinations.
