Job Type: Fulltime
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are supported in their academic growth.
Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to enhance students understanding and retention of mathematical concepts.- Prepare students for CBSE board exams, including conducting regular assessments, providing feedback, and offering extra support when needed.
Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and maintain accurate records of their performance.
- Encourage a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, discipline, and mutual respect.
Stay updated on the latest developments in math education and integrate new teaching methods and technologies as appropriate.- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and school administration to address students academic and behavioral needs.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Mathematics.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience teaching mathematics to senior secondary students, preferably within the CBSE system.
Strong knowledge of the CBSE math curriculum and exam requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic potential.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and address diverse learning needs.
