Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Acuity IT Solutions Private Limited. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and coaching agile teams to deliver high-quality software products and services. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to drive and influence organizational change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coach agile teams on the Scrum framework and agile principles
- Guide and support the team in adopting agile practices and continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and deliverables
- Ensure the team complies with agile and Scrum best practices, and remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take proactive measures to address them
- Promote a collaborative and productive working environment that fosters teamwork and innovation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Scrum Masters and team members
