Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PM with extensive industry solutions and migration experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP PM functionalities, including equipment and technical objects management, preventative maintenance, and work order management, as well as experience in configuring and customizing the SAP PM module to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior Plant Maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Configure and customize the SAP PM module to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Manage equipment and technical objects, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and oversee work order management.
- Ensure effective integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and QM.
- Utilize knowledge of best practices in Plant Maintenance and reliability to improve system performance and maintenance processes.
- Handle complex scenarios and solve problems related to SAP PM functionalities and configurations.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and apply relevant knowledge to enhance SAP PM operations.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Extensive experience in industry solutions, migrations, and configuring SAP PM according to business requirements.
- Proven track record of guiding and mentoring junior Plant Maintenance professionals.
- Strong understanding of SAP PM module functionalities, including equipment and technical objects management, preventative maintenance, and work order management.
- Proficiency in integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and QM.
- Knowledge of best practices in Plant Maintenance and reliability.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
