We are seeking a talented SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant to join our [IT/ERP] team and play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP systems to meet the HR requirements of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- ABAP Development: Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements to support HR processes and functionalities.
- Technical Analysis: Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and provide technical analysis and solutions.
- Data Migration: Execute data migration tasks related to HR modules, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred.
- Customization: Customize and enhance standard SAP HR functionalities to meet specific business needs, including creating custom reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Integration: Work on SAP HR integration projects with other modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices to optimize SAP ABAP programs.
- Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and user manuals for developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant with a focus on HR modules.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SAP certification in ABAP development or HR module is desirable.
