JD Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview:

This position will be responsible for a Techno-Functional role within Salesforce or involving data migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications. The Salesforce Lead/Consultant position will work closely with the Salesforce administrator and Business Analyst to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions as well as for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with client partners to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations
• Leading technical design sessions and documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Providing oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
• Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
• Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Possessing strong knowledge of systems architecture, design patterns, data integration tools, and environment/release management
• Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex classes, LWC, aura, workflows and triggers.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous apex
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
• Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience using version control software and DevOps tools with Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
