Key Responsibilities:

features such as opportunity management, lead tracking, and account/contact

- Knowledge Base Management: Develop and implement a robust Knowledge Base
within Service Cloud, optimizing for quick access, streamlined content updates,
and integration with case workflows to improve agent and customer self-service.
- Custom Development & Integration: Use Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),
Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools to build custom solutions that
enhance the capabilities of Service and Sales Clouds. Integrate Salesforce with
third-party applications to extend platform functionality.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement automated workflows, process builders, and
flow automations to streamline business processes, reduce manual tasks, and
support scalability.
- User Experience Optimization: Ensure that customizations provide a user-friendly
interface and intuitive user experience for both agents and end-users. Support
mobile compatibility, where applicable.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, implement data security measures, and
manage data migration processes to support both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
functionalities.
- Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor system
performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance for critical
service and sales operations.
- Documentation & Training: Document technical specifications, workflows, and
customizations. Provide guidance and training to end-users to drive adoption and
maximize platform ROI.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a
strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations in high-impact
projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce,
REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce declarative development tools.
- Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred, such
as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud
Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Integration Experience: Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with other
