Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team for a

dynamic, project-based engagement focused on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales

Cloud solutions. This role will contribute to an impactful project aimed at enhancing

customer service efficiency and optimizing sales operations through custom Salesforce

development. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating scalable, customized solutions

while ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Cloud Development: Design, configure, and customize Service Cloud

solutions, including case management, Live Agent, Omni-Channel routing, and

other features to optimize customer support and case resolution workflows.

  • Sales Cloud Integration: Collaborate closely with Sales Cloud stakeholders to align

features such as opportunity management, lead tracking, and account/contact

functionality to support seamless customer interactions across sales and service.

  • Knowledge Base Management: Develop and implement a robust Knowledge Base

within Service Cloud, optimizing for quick access, streamlined content updates,

and integration with case workflows to improve agent and customer self-service.

  • Custom Development & Integration: Use Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),

Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools to build custom solutions that

enhance the capabilities of Service and Sales Clouds. Integrate Salesforce with

third-party applications to extend platform functionality.

  • Automation & Efficiency: Implement automated workflows, process builders, and

flow automations to streamline business processes, reduce manual tasks, and

support scalability.

  • User Experience Optimization: Ensure that customizations provide a user-friendly

interface and intuitive user experience for both agents and end-users. Support

mobile compatibility, where applicable.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, implement data security measures, and

manage data migration processes to support both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

functionalities.

  • Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor system

performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance for critical

service and sales operations.

  • Documentation & Training: Document technical specifications, workflows, and

customizations. Provide guidance and training to end-users to drive adoption and

maximize platform ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a

strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations in high-impact

projects.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce,

REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce declarative development tools.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred, such

as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud

Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.

  • Integration Experience: Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with other

enterprise applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation, and customer

support tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex

requirements and design scalable solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively

collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Knowledge Base implementation and configuration within Service

Cloud.

  • Background in customer service operations or a deep understanding of customer

support workflows.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.
