We'll teach you our product stack, but it's all native Salesforce - so that's the easy part. Then you'll fit it to each customers unique (and not so unique) needs.
Your Role
This is a customer-facing role responsible for guiding customer solution design, project scoping, development/configuration and delivery into a variety of customer salesforce environments. Your performance will be measured by achieving scoped requirements, timelines, and customer expectations. Targets will be set, tracked, and regularly discussed within the team environment. The breakdown of primary responsibilities will be:
- 20% Solution Architecture
- 10% Project Scoping & Writing User Stories
- 10% Managing Project Timelines
- 25% Development/Configuration
- 25% Customer interaction/guidance
- 10% Internal team coordination
What You Will Do
- Work direct relationships with Enterprise customers to scope & manage projects
- Define user stories supported by mapping documents, process flowcharts and data models
- Manage project kickoff, stages, and stakeholder communications for multi-phase Enterprise customers
- Run product workshops to assess and model customer products
- Successfully design and implement Sales Cloud or other Salesforce products that work seamlessly with Expedite Commerce and contribute to long-term customer success
- Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and conform to architecture standards
- Build or assign product configurations using drag-and-drop or upload tools
- Define and manage customer releases
- Provide user documentation, training, and other implementation-related needs
- Review and assess customer adoption of our tools
- Suggest and implement follow-on projects to expand customer success
- Write and scope User Stories for follow-on phases
- Attain the highest customer satisfaction!
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Salesforce consultant interacting with clients + certifications
- Expertise in leading customer workshops
- Expertise in Agile project management
- Basic knowledge of Web services, APIs, integration design
- Expertise in data modeling, data analytics, data cleansing, and report building
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Tremendous attention to detail demonstrated in requirements documentation
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce development
