In This Role, You Will
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce administration tasks.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain managed packages for distribution on the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the adherence to best practices for Salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Here's What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Having experience of Managed Package Development is plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (English - written and spoken).
