Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our vibrant squad. Your main duties will involve seamless implementation, flawless configuration, and effective maintenance of Salesforce and related systems. You'll be the go-to guru for optimizing the Salesforce platform to support our business processes and supercharge efficiency. Key Responsibilities


  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Implement and maintain security settings, profiles, and roles to ensure data integrity and user access control.
  • Customize page layouts, record types, and related lists to optimize user experience and streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • System Administration and Maintenance:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and data sharing.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce support and external vendors for issue resolution and technical support when necessary.
  • Data Management and Integration:
  • Perform data analysis, cleansing, and migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data transformation rules for integration projects.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • User Training and Adoption:
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and assisting with system-related challenges.
  • Promote user adoption of Salesforce by identifying and implementing strategies to drive engagement and utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.
  • Documentation and Governance:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, data quality guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce usage.
  • Participate in change management activities, ensuring smooth deployment of system updates, enhancements, and new functionalities.

Key Skills And Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years experience, preferably with Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Good knowledge of formula fields, flow builder, email communication process and Case management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and third-party app integrations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is desirable. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce Clouds is a plus.

Interview Rounds

1st Round: Screening round with Uplers

2nd Round: Briefing + Machine (4 hours) - F2F

3rd Round: Technical interview - F2F (2nd and 3rd round will be on same day)

4th Round: Final Interview - Director /Head of development team
