We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the administration and customization of Salesforce products, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, system optimization, and advanced solution design, along with the ability to effectively train and support users.
Essential Job Functions / Principal Accountabilities:
Lead Salesforce Administration:
- Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce products.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
- Design, evaluate, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions.
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Customize page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
- Manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Optimize processes and lead large-scale projects.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
Create and maintain documentation on processes and best practices.
Data Management and Quality:
Ensure data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication activities.
Perform regular data audits and implement data quality best practices.
Assist in data migration activities as needed.
Salesforce Reporting and Analytics:
- Design and create CRM Analytics reports (Salesforce Analytics, Einstein Reporting).
- Build and customize reports and dashboards to meet departmental reporting needs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to teammates on Salesforce-related tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Utilize Apex coding where necessary (experience a plus).
- Adhere to Agile project methodologies and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 and ADM211) required; additional certifications (eg, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce API integration and CRM best practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Ability to provide after-hours support in critical situations.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies is a plus.
