To Train, Motivate, Guide and Mentor the Sales Team.

Trainers working with Corporates training larger sales teams
Professional Sales Trainers (working with various clients on an assignment/freelance basis)

4-5 years of experience as a full time sales trainer or a Professional Sales Trainer working successfully on an assignment basis with clients/freelance basis.
Overall experience of 15-20 years in sales functions and managing large sales teams.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in consultative sales training will be an added advantage
MBA from top institutions only
