Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales administrative works including sales submission, follow up with sales representative for outstanding documents.
Ensure all sales documents are complete and correctly keyed-in to our company property system.- To ensure timely billing and collection for each project.
Closely monitor of aging and sales conversion with internal sales team and/or appointed sales agencies.
- To ensure to respond to the outgoing correspondence to purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors within the timeframe set.
Prepare the monthly & weekly report to management- Responsible to cultivate teamwork, provide training, support to others
In-charge of loan submission, loan documents collection and follow up loan status with bankers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one to two years related working experience
Minimum diploma in any field or equivalent- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and have experience in using developer system
- Experience in financial banking is encourage to apply
Good communication skills in written and oral with proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking third parties.
