Job Title: Senior Sales/Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Senior Sales/Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in their respective territories. This role requires a proactive approach towards generating new business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.
Location: Bangalore (5 positions) / Chennai (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape, and accordingly, tailor sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and conditions as required.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business threats and opportunities.
- Generate timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Collections is part of this profile for Credit customers.
Qualifications And Experience
- Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of 1-5 years in sales, preferably in the express cargo, courier, and logistics industry, with a focus on new business generation.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
