• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals are aligned with company objectives.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and KPIs.

Mentor and train junior sales team members as needed.
