- Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand customer base in Pune.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
3-5 Years of Proven experience in packaging industry as a Sales Officer or similar role in field sales.- Ability to drive and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
