Senior Sales Manager - Team Leader

We're looking for an Senior Sales Manager- Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets

• Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts

• Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage

Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses

• Conduct industry research and trends analysis

Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans

• Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs

• Requirements And Skills:

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years proven experience in Any Field sales

• Age range: 21 to 38 years old.

Needs two-wheelers

• Local Candidate

Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers
