We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Indian region. This role requires a deep understanding of the photovoltaic industry, excellent business acumen, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Indian photovoltaic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the photovoltaic industry.
- Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals while ensuring favorable outcomes .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets within India.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to expand market reach and product availability.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Renjie's products and services.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indian photovoltaic market, including regulations, key players, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within India for business development and client meetings.
